Tabster Help Center
Create a trip and add your friends on it.
Everyone adds their receipts, claims their items owed, and Tabster calculates the differences.
A trip is one shared tab for the whole holiday rather than a separate split per meal. Hotels, flights, dinners, the rental car and the taxi from the airport all land in the same place.
Anyone on the trip can add to it, so it does not fall to whoever booked everything. Receipts go in as photos, as pasted links, as plain amounts when there was no receipt, or by forwarding a booking confirmation to the trip’s own email address.
At the end Tabster nets the whole thing down to one amount owed per pair of friends, so a week of shared costs finishes in as few payments as possible instead of a tangle of small transfers.
Nothing is fixed until you divvy up, so the running numbers keep moving as people add receipts and claim their items across the trip. You can easily track who owes what on the trip throughout, so if you see one friend is paying for things disproportionately, you can even things out as you go.
You can start a group trip and add everyone to it in a few seconds.
